our journey so far…
Everything starts with a seed, and ours was first sown in 1990: a career change and a mission to find purpose in creating outdoor spaces for others to enjoy. Through thirty-five years of springs, summers and soil, the story has changed but the roots remain strong.
At Digging Potatoes, we believe in the power of gardening to cultivate calm, to inspire hope, and to teach valuable lessons about life. We care about finding joy in the process, not the outcome. We stand against the pressure of perfectionism, that strips us of our confidence before we even start. Most importantly, we encourage you to be creative. Wherever you find yourself, and for however long you may stay, you will never regret building a garden.
Whilst we are proudly a work in progress, our first line of allotment workwear and urban apparel will be released in Autumn 2026.
